We’re celebrating the first anniversary of The Bocuse Restaurant by recreating the exact menu we served at the official opening.
On that day, one year ago, Chef Paul Bocuse arrived by jet from France to join his CIA friends and other world-renowned chefs like Thomas Keller, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Daniel Boulud, Michel Richard, at a special celebration.
Now, you can enjoy the same exquisite meal and flawless service that was the hallmark of that remarkable evening! You’ll be dining on classic signature dishes of France’s notable chefs, re-imagined using the ultra-modern techniques found in restaurant’s state-of-the-art kitchen. The perfect wine will be paired with each course.
So, join us at The Bocuse Restaurant—you won’t want to miss this exclusive and delectable event.
