Making Reservations at our Hyde Park, NY Campus Restaurants

Choose how you would like to make your restaurant reservation. (No reservations necessary for the Apple Pie Bakery Café)

2. Call us at 845-471-6608 (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m)

Help Using the Online System

Welcome to The Culinary Institute of America’s online restaurant reservations system. You can instantly secure and confirm a restaurant reservation at all of the CIA’s Hyde Park, N.Y. restaurants (excluding Apple Pie Bakery Cafè).

New Users: You must activate your account in order to use the system. Once you create an account, you are sent an activation e-mail. Click on the link to activate your account.

Call us at 845-471-6608 if you need help with your online account.

Online Reservations: Online reservations can be made three (3) months in advance. If you require more time, please call 845-471-6608 to inquire about the scheduling dates. For parties larger than 8, please call 845-471-6608 to make your reservation.

Please note: If you are a CIA student wishing to redeem a restaurant invitation voucher, please do not use the online restaurant reservations system. Instead, call 845-471-6608 to make your reservation.
