All the award-winning restaurants at the CIA in Hyde Park are part of our students’ educational experience. Each student spends time in both the front and back of the house to learn and master the full scope of restaurant operations. Under the guidance of our expert chef-instructors and maîtres d’hôtel, students execute the meal and service to the exacting standards set by the CIA.

Apple Pie Bakery CaféMonday–Friday The Apple Pie Bakery Café showcases the talents of the CIA’s baking and pastry arts students and faculty, and features sumptuous baked goods and café cuisine. The full menu is available for takeout or to enjoy in our relaxed, reservation-free dining area. |
Ristorante Caterina de’ MediciMonday–Friday Located in the Colavita Center for Italian Food and Wine, the beautifully appointed Caterina features the seasonal ingredients and special flavor combinations of this beloved cuisine, as well as a diverse selection of Italian wines, beers, and apéritifs. |
The Bocuse RestaurantLovers of French Cuisine! The Escoffier Restaurant has closed. In its location, the CIA will be opening The Bocuse Restaurant. We will be accepting reservations soon, so keep checking this space for information about our exciting new menus and our precise opening date-which we anticipate in early 2013.
